Files & contacts / Made for the task at hand
Convert a contact CSV into a vCard 3.0 file. Map common name, email, phone and company columns automatically, with no contact upload or signup.
Add your source, or try the example, then choose “Create my vCards”.
Results are temporary. Download anything you want to keep.
A practical little workflow
Add Name, or First Name and Last Name. Optional Email, Phone and Company columns are recognized.
Each row needs a name. The converter creates vCard 3.0 records and escapes special characters.
Download one VCF containing all contacts. Test a few records in your destination app before importing a full address book.
Before you get started
Built for a focused job.
Review important results before use.
This version supports names, one email, one phone and company. Additional columns are not exported. Postal addresses, multiple numbers, photos and custom fields are not mapped.
Import behavior differs. Some Outlook flows import only the first contact in a combined VCF; use your app’s supported bulk import method and test before proceeding.
Values are treated as text, but zeros already removed by a spreadsheet cannot be recovered. Export the source CSV with phone numbers stored as text.
Working text and local files are processed in this browser tab and are not sent to a server or an AI service. Reloading clears this workspace. Optional analytics and feedback have separate privacy controls; see Privacy below.
